Our Explore Hats are a perfect mix of our classic truckers & our bucket hats. Using our waterproof nylon material on the exterior of our hat, this becomes the perfect water day accessory!
We've designed the STRAPS TO QUICKLY SNAP ON & SNAP OFF depending on the look/need you want. Headed on the boat, SNAP ON, heading for a hike in the woods, SNAP OFF.. Day at the beach? Snap the straps right back on.
We used a foam material for the brim and front panel to keep the hat nice & lightweight. Replacing our normal snapback with a more durable for water nylon back strap, while keeping our key bucket hat features like a pull toggle to tighten strap and also, a quick-release safety clip. Because the straps easily snap off, as an added safety feature, we have designed free ends instead of a closed loop.
*Fit is on the smaller side, please size up if unsure.
*** This hat does have strings and small parts. NEVER leave your baby/child unattended.
The breakaway clip is NOT meant to be played with and pulled. It is there as a preventative measure in case of emergency. Pulling string too hard may compromise the stitch & string. Please adjust hat by loosening the strap, not pulling the back clip.
