Return/Exchange/Preorder Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tag attached & packaging.  Once the below steps are complete, you will receive a confirmation email with return address information.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete a return/exchange, please send an email to with the following info:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for return/exchange

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to your email address on file.  There is no expiry on the credit and it may be used online or in person at our Bowmanville headquarters.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (within 14 days of purchase).  Must have proof of purchase.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    Shipping Info for Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
    Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.  If accepted, your refund will include the cost of the return product only.  Item MUST ship in a box to preserve the shape, no envelope shipments will be accepted. (Beanies, toques and bucket hats may ship in an envelope as long as the hat shape will not be compromised.) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


    We only replace items with manufacture defects.  If they are deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund.  The manufactures defects are in place for 30 days of purchase. Regular wear & tear or damages are not covered under warranty.


    Preorders may take 6-10 weeks pending order volume.  If requested a cancellation for a preorder will result in a refund processed via store credit automatically sent to your email address on file.  There is no expiry on the credit and it may be used online or in person at our Bowmanville headquarters
