Returns, Exchanges & Preorders

We want you to love your Little Buck® purchase.

We understand that sometimes a size or style doesn't work out. If you need to request a return, we're happy to help.

Please review our return policy below before submitting a request.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Returned with original tags attached and original packaging included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Regular-priced merchandise that is not marked as final sale.

All approved standard returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Items that do not meet our return requirements may be declined.

Need to return an item? You can submit a return request through our online return portal.

Simply sign in using the email address associated with your order, select the eligible item you wish to return, and submit your request.

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive further instructions by email.

Please do not send items back without prior return authorization.

STORE CREDIT

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Little Buck®.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To protect the shape and structure of our hats, all structured headwear must be returned in a box. Hats returned in envelopes or packaging that damages their original shape may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or style?

Please contact orders@littlebuck.ca with your order number and the details of your request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs on standard exchanges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

This includes:

Products from our Final Few collection.
Clearance merchandise.
Items specifically marked down or advertised as final sale.

Using a promotional or discount code on a regularly priced item does not make that item final sale. These purchases remain eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Gift cards are also final sale.

Final sale restrictions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise under applicable consumer protection laws.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect our merchandise.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact orders@littlebuck.ca as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We also offer a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty, beginning on the date of purchase.

This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, or misuse.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

PREORDERS

Preorder items are specially ordered or produced in advance and may have longer fulfillment timelines.

Estimated preorder fulfillment is typically 6–10 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you wish to cancel a preorder before shipment, please contact us. Approved change-of-mind cancellations will be issued as store credit, except where otherwise required by law.

Preorder shipping estimates are approximate, and we'll communicate any significant changes to expected timelines.
